Cheltenham Township is providing information relating to the Hansen Lloyd, LP, proposal for the development of the 42-acre property at 1777 East Willow Grove Avenue (also known as Hope Lloyd Starr property) to help interested parties evaluate the proposal.
This R3-A Zoning District Ordinance and R3-A Zoning Map Ordinance were adopted by the Board of Commissioners on March 18, 2015.

The Board of Commissioners will consider adoption of these Ordinances at its meeting on January 21, 2015.
On November 12, 2014, the Cheltenham Township Public Works Committee recommended two Ordinance pertaining to the Falcon Hill Development, Laverock: an Ordinance establishing a new Zoning District R3-A and an Ordinance for a Zoning Map change. It was also reviewed by the Building and Zoning Committee on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014 at 8PM at Curtis Hall.
A public hearing to consider adoption of the Ordinances was held on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 7:30PM at Curtis Hall, 1250 W. Church Road in Wyncote.
Another concept plan was presented to the Township in October 2014. Just a concept plan, it was discussed by the Public Works Committee on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 @ 7:45PM at Curtis Hall, 1250 W. Church Road in Wyncote.
However, the pending tentative Sketch Plans A & B are still active, although at the request of the developer, a continuance has been granted until December 31, 2014.
