The Township is in receipt of a Subdivision and Land Development Application regarding 222 Church Rd. The applicant 222 Church Rd. LLC, Zvi Bloom, intends to subdivide a 6 acre lot into 10 lots with eight (8) lots proposed to have residential dwellings; one lot with an existing dwelling to remain; and the final lot is to be dedicated to the Township for open space.  The following associated documents are available for review:
