To report graffiti contact the graffiti abatement officer at 215-885-1600 ext. 466.
- Due the dangers associated with operations along rail road tracks graffiti along the SEPTA Regional Rail right-of-way will be removed by SEPTA Personnel at their discretion.
Please note, graffiti on private property will not be removed by the Township, except in exigent circumstances. Per Township Ordinance (205-7.2) property owner's have 15-days to remove graffiti from their property once it appears. If a property owner fails to comply with the Ordinance a Township Crew could perform the remove at the owner expense.
Graffiti removal details take place several times each year during the Spring and Summer months. The chemical agents our Township Staff use to remove graffiti need the surface, they being applied to, to be no colder than 55 degrees. This constraint slows our removal since we require the ambient air temperature to at least 55 degrees (both during the day and overnight) for 1-week.
