If you need a copy of an accident report or police report you must come in person to the Cheltenham Police Headquarters to obtain a request form. A nonrefundable $15.00 fee will be assessed for the report. You will need a check or money order made payable to: THE TOWNSHIP OF CHELTENHAM to process your request. Request forms and envelopes are available in the lobby of Police Headquarters.
Reports are available to persons listed in the report or their insurance carrier. In the case of a minor involved report, a parent or guardian may obtain a copy of the report. Certain personal information in a report may be deleted to protect the privacy of victims and other involved parties.
Please provide the case number, location, time, and date of the incident. The person requesting the report must provide their name, address, and phone number on the report, along with the reason for the request.
Completed report requests and the $15.00 fee, can be turned in to a Police dispatcher or mailed to:
