Individuals with permanent, temporary, or severe disabilities, or disabled veterans may apply to the PA Department of Transportation for issuance of a Handicapped Parking Placard or Handicapped registration Plates.
If you would like to apply for either a handicapped parking placard or a plate, you can stop in at Cheltenham Police Headquarters and ask for the proper PENNDOT form. (MV-145A for a handicapped parking placard) or (MV-145 for a handicapped registration plate). These forms can also be obtained on-line from the PA Department of Transportation web site at: http://www.dot.state.pa.us/
