NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Cheltenham Township, at its public meeting on October 18, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. (prevailing time) at Curtis Hall, 1250 West Church Road, Wyncote, PA 19095, will hold a public hearing on and could vote to adopt an Ordinance amending the Code of Cheltenham Township, Chapter 295, Zoning, Article XVII (C3 Commercial and Business Districts) to permit medical marijuana dispensaries by special exception under certain conditions, including, but not limited to, the requirement of frontage on the eastern side of Old York Road between Elkins Avenue and Stahr Road.

It is also available for examination during normal businesses hours at the offices of the Times Chronicle, 307 Derstine Avenue, Lansdale, PA 19446, the Montgomery County Law Library, Court House, Norristown, PA 19401, and the Cheltenham Township Administration Building, 8230 Old York Road, Elkins Park, PA 19027, where a copy of the proposed ordinance and zoning map may be obtained at the last named location for a charge not greater than the cost thereof.
