Welcome Roberts Block/Wyncote Commons
Posted Date:
5/8/2015
Cheltenham Township and state officials recently welcomed new businesses Roberts Block and Wyncote Commons, two attractively redeveloped commercial properties courtesy of Midgard Properties, LP.

Roberts Block, a once decaying art deco treasure, has been transformed into a new restaurant and two apartments that features a two-story mural representing the transformation.  Wyncote Commons is a complex of adaptively repurposed buildings that have already attracted over eight new tenants. Cheltenham officials encourage and applaud positive commercial development in the community and urge residents to patronize their neighborhood businesses to support a thriving business base.
