Historic Preservation Month Lecture
In honor of National Historic Preservation Month, the Cheltenham Township Historical Commission will sponsor a free lecture on “Whitemarsh Hall: The Estate of Edward T. Stotesbury in History and Photography,” presented by Roddy Davis, local photographer and member of the Springfield Historical Society. The program will be held on Thursday, May 8, at 8:00 p.m. at Curtis Hall, located at Church Road and Greenwood Avenue in Wyncote, following the commission’s regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
