Mindfulness is the act of being intensely aware of what you are sensing and feeling in the moment without judgment or interpretation. The goal of this workshop is to teach the basics of mindfulness and the many possible ways to incorporate simple exercises into your daily routine to help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
