In brief, the initial proposal called for an age-restricted housing development of 216 units within eight four-story buildings on the 10 acres located within Cheltenham Township. A revised plan (6/9/09) calls for 150 age-restricted units in Cheltenham in two four-story buildings and three three-story buildings and 120 non--age-restricted units in Springfield Township. This plan also includes the preservation of the historic mansion. NOTE: Current reviews are based on the December 2008 Sketch submitted.
